Delivery & Refund Policy
Delivery Terms
- There will be a delivery fee of S$7.00 per delivery for orders below $70. FREE shipping for orders above $70.
- Your order will be processed, dispatched and delivered to the address within 5 working days. Please expect some delay during peak period (October to February) and festive seasons.
- Contact number is mandatory upon checkout so that our delivery provider will notify you when your parcel is out for delivery.
- Kindly ensure all information provided is accurate and up-to-date. We will not be held responsible for purchases delivered to a wrong address due to incorrect information provided.
Exchange Policy
- Only for defective or incorrect item received, goods are exchangeable within 7 days (upon delivery date) with the order number as proof of purchase.
- Please reach us via the “contact” tab | https://shop.littlefootprints.edu.sg/pages/contact. We will response to you via email.
- Exchange is done by APPOINTMENT ONLY
- Goods returned for exchange MUST be in ORIGINAL condition, i.e. not washed and/or worn, not altered, not ironed and in original packaging.
- All items sold are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
The company reserves the right to amend the delivery terms and exchange policy without prior notice.
